Your Role & Impact
The RN Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the MAT program for individuals with substance use disorders. This role requires a licensed nurse who will coordinate MAT services, provide direct patient care, and ensure the safe and effective administration of medications as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. The MAT Coordinator will work closely with healthcare providers, therapists, SUD counselors, and case managers to support patients throughout their recovery journey.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited California School of Professional Nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in substance use disorder treatment or MAT services.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (may be required at some clinics).
- Strong assessment skills
- Excellent clinical skills
- Crisis intervention skills
- Teaching ability, as patients may require instructions for self- care during telephone conversations.
- Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations.

The pay range for this role is $45.07 - $62.15 on an hourly basis.Pay transparency: If you are hired at TrueCare, your salary will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience.
